Pricing and Payments

EPC’s

To keep things simple all EPC’s are charged at one flat rate of £80.00 for Freehold properties and £60.00 for Leasehold properties. These rates can be negotiated depending on volume of work received from any one source.

The company is not currently VAT registered so no VAT will be charged.

HIP’s

HIP's are also charged at one flat rate but may vary between areas. Each Local Authority charges a different fee for providing Local Searches and this will be reflected in the price of the HIP.

The following prices are for our immediate area. If your area is not listed, please contact us giving details of your Local Authority for a price.

Again, no VAT will be charged for HIP's.

Corporate Pricing

For corporate customers a reduced fee can be negotiated for each EPC depending on the volume and regularity of instructions received by each company.

Payment

Payment can be made prior to the Assessor carrying out their inspection or payment can be given to the Assessor upon arrival. Please note that no assessment will be carried out until payment has been received.

For corporate customers, payment can be made by way of monthly or weekly invoice, or for each individual instruction depending on the preferred method.

All invoices must be paid within 7 working days unless otherwise agreed.
