and reliable service. Although based in Sussex, EPC’s and HIP Packs
can be provided throughout the UK.
What can we provide to our customers?
EPC’s and HIP's can be provided as a whole
or individually.
The company has a team of qualified and accredited Energy
Assessors dedicated to producing professional Energy Performance Certificates.
All EPC requests are carried out within 2 days of the
request being made. This is the maximum timescale and customers can expect
to have an appointment within 48 hours of the request being received.
If a later timescale is preferred this can also be arranged.
The EPC result will be sent within 48 hours from the
time of inspection. This allows each customer to progress matters in the
shortest possible time avoiding any unnecessary delays.
The result can be delivered via email, post or hand
delivered at special request (within a specified radius).
An information leaflet will be left at each property
briefly outlining the components of the EPC. A contact number will also
be left allowing for the customer to contact the Assessor should they
wish to discuss the EPC in further detail.
As well as producing EPC’s, HIP's can also
be provided. Each pack will include all the necessary documents including
an official local authority search*.
HIP's can be delivered as a hardcopy, disk, email
or even all three options if required. The price includes a hardcopy for
the customer and also for the estate agent marketing the property.
*Personal searches can be obtained if required but are
not widely accepted by mortgage lenders or solicitors. It is at the customers
discretion which search is requested.
